Dashboard

The Dashboard is your organization's central hub, providing real-time visibility into workspaces, billing, plans, and recent activityβ€”all in a single, streamlined view.

Overview​

When you navigate to an organization, the Dashboard is the first page you see. It aggregates critical metrics and status information, allowing you to quickly assess your organization's health, resource usage, and billing without navigating between multiple pages.

The Dashboard updates in real-time, ensuring you always have the latest information about your organization's state.

Dashboard Sections​

Organization Information​

The organization card displays your organization's core identity and metadata:

  • Organization Name β€” The display name for your organization
  • Organization ID β€” A unique identifier with one-click copy-to-clipboard functionality
  • Owner β€” The name of the organization owner
  • Created β€” The date and time when the organization was established
  • Team Size β€” Total number of users with access to this organization

Workspaces​

The workspace card provides a real-time snapshot of all workspaces in your organization:

  • Total Count β€” The number displayed at the top shows total workspaces across all states
  • Breakdown by Status:
    • Active β€” Workspaces currently deployed and running
    • Suspended β€” Workspaces that have been paused
    • Others β€” Workspaces in transitional states (newly created, deploying, or requiring attention)

Current Billing​

Track your organization's billing and spending trends:

  • Current Month Total β€” Accumulated charges for the current billing period
  • Trend Indicator β€” Percentage change compared to the previous month (green for decrease, red for increase)
  • Last Month β€” Previous billing period's total charges
  • Next Invoice β€” The date when your next invoice will be generated
  • View Past Invoices β€” Quick link to detailed billing history

The percentage change indicator helps you quickly identify spending trends compared to the previous month.

Current Plan​

Monitor your subscription plan and available credits:

  • Plan Name β€” Your active subscription tier (e.g., Enterprise, Premium, Standard)
  • Manage Subscription β€” Direct link to upgrade, downgrade, or modify your plan
  • Available Credits β€” Current credit balance for pay-as-you-go usage
  • Add Credits β€” Inline button to purchase additional credits without leaving the dashboard

Credits are consumed as workspaces run and can be replenished at any time. The plus button provides instant access to credit purchase flows.

Recent Activities​

View the latest actions performed within your organization:

Each activity entry displays:

  • Resource Type β€” The entity affected (Organization, Plans, Invoices, etc.)
  • Action β€” The operation performed (Fetch, Fetch All, Create, Update, Delete)
  • Timestamp β€” When the activity occurred

The activity log provides a quick audit trail of recent operations. Click "Show more" to access the full Activity Logs with advanced filtering and search capabilities.

Announcements​

Stay informed about platform updates and important notifications.

The announcements section displays important information such as:

  • New features and product improvements
  • System version releases
  • Scheduled maintenance notifications
  • Important platform updates

Access the Dashboard in multiple ways:

Direct URL

Default Landing Page When you click on an organization from the organization switcher or list, you're automatically directed to the Dashboard.

Sidebar Navigation Click the "Dashboard" menu item in the organization's left sidebar to return to this view at any time.

The Dashboard provides inline shortcuts to common tasks:

Access and Visibility​

What you see on the Dashboard depends on your role within the organization:

  • Organization details β€” Available to all members
  • Workspace statistics β€” Requires workspace viewing permissions
  • Billing information β€” Restricted to users with billing access
  • Plan and credits β€” May be limited based on your role
  • Activity logs β€” Access varies by role and responsibilities

If you don't see certain sections on your Dashboard, contact your organization owner or administrator to request access.

Best Practices​

Monitor Workspace Health Check the workspace breakdown regularly to ensure resources are optimally utilized. High numbers in "Others" may indicate configuration or deployment issues.

Track Billing Trends Use the month-over-month percentage indicator to spot unexpected spending increases. Investigate sudden changes to avoid billing surprises.

Review Activity Logs Periodically review recent activities to maintain awareness of changes in your organization, especially in team environments.

Maintain Credit Balance Monitor your available balance to prevent service interruptions. You'll receive automatic email alerts when credits run low. Add credits proactively before they're depleted.
