Organizations¶
Organizations allow you to define your company, manage team members, and set organization-wide settings.
Create an Organization¶
Creating an organization is the first step to setting up your company on Eugo. To create an organization:
- Click on Organizations in the Eugo platform.
- Click Create Organization.
- Fill in the required details, such as the organization name, organization identifier, and primary contact email.
- Click Submit to finish the process.
Selecting an Existing Organization¶
To select an organization you've already created or you've been invited to, follow these steps:
- Click on the dropdown menu in the top left corner in the Eugo platform.
- Select the organization you want to work with from the list of organizations you have access to.
Key Features¶
- Team Management: Invite individual team members to your organization and assign roles and permissions.
- Organization Settings: Configure essential settings like company headquarters location, primary contact emails, and other organizational details that apply platform-wide.
Setting up your organization ensures that your team has access to the resources they need, with the permissions and structure that suit your company best.
Multi-Organization Support¶
Eugo supports multiple organizations under a single user account via their email. This feature is useful for users who manage multiple companies or projects and need to keep them separate.
