Organization Invitations

View all pending invitations to join organizations. Users must belong to an organization to access the Eugo platform.

Overview​

The Invitations page displays all outstanding invitations that have been sent to your email address. This centralized view allows you to review and manage organization membership requests before accepting them. Since organization membership is required to access Eugo's platform features, this page serves as your gateway to joining teams.

How it Works​

When an organization administrator invites you to join their team, the invitation appears on this page with the following details:

  • Organization Name  The name of the organization extending the invitation
  • Email  The email address the invitation was sent to
  • Role  Your assigned role within the organization (e.g., Admin, Member, Viewer)
  • Date Invited  When the invitation was originally sent

Invitations remain pending until you explicitly accept or decline them. You can review multiple invitations simultaneously if you've been invited to join several organizations.

Accessing the Invitations Page​

Navigate to the Invitations page from your account menu or directly via the platform navigation. The page displays all pending invitations in a tabular format for easy review.

Invitation States​

Each invitation can be in one of the following states:

  • Pending  Awaiting your response
  • Accepted  You've joined the organization (invitation removed from this list)
  • Declined  You've rejected the invitation
  • Expired  The invitation has passed its validity period

Important Notes​

You must belong to at least one organization to access Eugo platform features. If you have no active organization memberships, accept a pending invitation or request one from an organization administrator.

Check the assigned role before accepting an invitation to ensure you understand your permissions within the organization. Contact the organization administrator if you have questions about your role.

  • You'll gain access to the organization's resources and features
  • Your dashboard will reflect the organization's data and settings
  • You can switch between organizations if you belong to multiple teams
